To make sponsoring the 2026 PHS Dożynki Festival as easy and accessible as possible, we offer two convenient ways to complete your sponsorship.

Option 1: Sponsor Online

Use the secure online payment link to complete your sponsorship instantly. This option allows payment by: 

- Credit or debit card

- Bank account (ACH)

- Apple Pay or Google Pay

This is the quickest way to confirm your sponsorship and is ideal

 for individuals and organizations that prefer digital payment.

Option 2: Sponsor by Check (PDF Form)

If you or your organization prefer to pay by check, please download the sponsorship form (PDF), complete it, and mail it along with your payment using the instructions provided on the form.

Please Note: The online payment link and the downloadable PDF support the same sponsorship levels and benefits. The two options exist solely to accommodate different payment preferences.
